    Combining the concepts of technology, fashion and green, we designed and built a digital intelligent factory with an annual capacity of 12,000 sets of high-end shuttleless looms. It has the world's first pulsating assembly line in the spinning machine industry, 9 Japanese Makino and Mazak automatic flexible processing lines, automatic electrophoretic spraying line and other automatic equipment. Develop and apply high-end shuttleless loom intelligent manufacturing whole process information management system, realize the deep integration of automation and informationization, lead high-end loom digitalization and standardized production, and become a model of intelligent manufacturing in the shuttleless loom industry.

    "Create value for customers with quality" is the quality management concept that Haijia has always insisted on. Haijia carries out strict traceable standardized quality control of the whole process from material selection, processing, painting to final assembly, and implements full quality management to strengthen self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection to produce high quality products.

    HAIJIA realizes the refined management of after-sales service through the product remote operation and maintenance platform. First, based on the IOT platform, we collect and monitor the operation status, production parameters and other data of the equipment sold by HAIJIA in real time, and assist in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting according to the equipment operation parameters and equipment alarm information; second, we take the initiative to serve through the platform to improve user satisfaction; third, we conduct statistical analysis through equipment fault classification to guide equipment update and iteration.

Qingdao Century Haijia Machinery Co., Ltd.(Jiaonan Factory)

Established on May 28, 2018, Qingdao Century Haijia Machinery Co., Ltd. is located at No. 1219 Jiaozhou Bay West Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao, China, with a registered capital of 258 million RMB and covers an area of 60,000 square meters, dedicated to the development and manufacturing of high-end shuttleless looms, currently focusing on the production of high-end shuttleless looms with an annual production capacity of up to 10,000 units. The factory has the world's first pulsating assembly line for the spinning machine industry, 9 Japanese Makino and Mazak automatic flexible processing lines, automatic electrophoretic spraying lines and other automated equipment. The project has been recognized as "Modern Advantageous Industrial Cluster + Artificial Intelligence" pilot demonstration project by Shandong Industry and Information Technology Department, "Qingdao Key Construction Project" by Qingdao Industry and Information Technology Bureau, and the first batch of "High-end Manufacturing + Artificial Intelligence" by Qingdao West Coast New Area Industry and Information Technology Bureau. The project was recognized as a pilot demonstration project of "high-end manufacturing industry + artificial intelligence" by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.


Qingdao Haijia Machinery Co., LTD. (Huangshan Factory)

Huangshan factory is built in 2021, located in Wangtai, a famous town of textile machinery in China, with a total construction area of 29852.46㎡ and a production workshop area of 29272.71㎡. The annual production capacity can be up to 10,000 units. The cam production line is an attempt to improve the overall product quality of HAIJIA by combining the advantages of more than 20 million spraying lines in Century Haijia factory to ensure that the cams produced by HAIJIA are better than its counterparts in terms of appearance treatment and anti-corrosion performance. It has more than 1,500 storage spaces with four exits in both directions, and the intermediate transfer link is realized by RGV intelligent material transportation vehicle, and the number of in and out of storage can reach 40 trays in an hour, and more than 80 trays in a single time. HAIJIA Huangshan factory is an important link of HAIJIA grouping layout, following the corporate vision of HAIJIA, integrating resources and striving to raise the value of HAIJIA brand to the world level.

was established in 2001, located in Wangtai, the famous town of textile machinery in China, covering an area of about 40,000 square meters. After more than 20 years of efforts, Wangtai factory has been awarded the honorary titles of National Pilot Enterprise of Two Chemical Integration Management System, Shandong Province Enterprise Technology Center, Qingdao City Technology Innovation Center, Qingdao City Engineering Research Center, Qingdao City Invisible Champion, etc. for Haijia Machinery.


With the development plan of the company's group operation, Wangtai factory integrates advantages to focus on comprehensive basic processing with two intelligent factories. The machine is equipped with Renishaw measuring head, which can accurately measure the length of both ends and ensure the length tolerance of the processed beams is ±0.05mm.
