What are the diferences between "U" shaped beat up shaft and solid beat-up shaft?
It adopts a solid beat-up shaft and split counterweight block structure. By adding or subtracting counterweight blocks and combining the movement of the wall board box, different beat-up forces can be produced to meet the needs of different widths and fabrics.
The total strength is increased by integrally casting the configuration block and the beat-up claw. To guarantee precision, the surface is milled via the machining center after combination. The force of the beat-up is uniformly distributed, and the beat-up is smooth and forceful.
