The positive conjugate cam shedding device is widely used in various models of water jet loom to weave plain、twill 、satin and other weaves within 12 weft cycles of the fabric.


The four-axis machining center isused for one-time clamping and the over all frame box has been optimized to have a smoother appearance and more scientific structure. The enhanced dimensional precision effectively diminishes the vibration and noise produced while operating the equipment,making it more appropriate for manufacturing high-speed, wide reed and heavy fabrics. The device is furnished with a swift oil drain joint,facilitating effortless and rapid oil change and drainage.


The frame parts are made of integrated bending steel plate cross beam which is combined with the fully enclosed cover shell by electrophoresis and spraying process to enhance the safety、waterproof and anti-corrosion of the whole machine.The connection method between the box body and the U-beam is optimized to enhance the stability of the machine.
