After more than 30 years, Haijia has focused on the field of   shuttleless looms and independently innovatively developed a new  type of water jet loom HW-001 with fully independent intellectual  property rights. it has applied for more than 60       patents in total. 

 

        This model has a brand new frame structure and transmission  mode, achieving simultaneous production of water jet and air jet on  the same platform, and the compatible parts between water jet and  air jet can reach over 90%. The newly designed let-off, coiling, and  beat-up structures reduce the transmission chain, makeit simpler,  facilitate maintenance, and greatly reduce the probability of  occurrence of parking and tight gears.

 

 

          This model can adapt to the production needs of various high-density, heavy-weight and ultra wide fabrics, and achieve ultra-high speed operation, with a maximum speed of over 1500 RPM.

  

 

 

 

       Haijia Group launched the 190cm HA-9030N air-jet loom, continuing the advantages of high speed and low energy consumption of previous air-jet looms.

      The adoption of a new type of weft insertion method can better meet the greater weft insertion force required for heavy fabrics.

 

        It adopts a widened integrated main board structure,optimizes the fixing method of the let-off wall panel and the rear beam adjustment seat and cooperates with the new beam structure to further improve the rigidity of the whole machine, laying a solid physical foundation for ultra-high-speed operation and reducing the vibration ofthe loom.

 

 

 

 

     Haijia independently develops and produces positive ultra-high-speed             conjugate cam shedding devices, which are widely used in various types of   water-jet loom shedding, and can weave more than 150 kinds of fabrics such as     plain weave, twill, and satin weave within twelve cycles.
