The reinforced integrated machine wall board is manufactured through a complete single casting process. The total tension of the warp is accurately detected by a high-precision tension sensor. The CPU precisely calculates the changes in warp tension caused by shedding, loose warp adjustments, and the winding diameter of the warp shaft. To reduce weaving costs and promote environmental sustainability, splash-proof "U" shaped nozzles are widely utilized in this model. Compared to standard nozzles, these provide superior water line bunching performance. A plunger with a smaller diameter ensures stable operation even under small opening weft insertion and reduced water volume. Consequently, a single loom can save up to 10% in water consumption, making it highly applicable for weaving fine denier, high-density, and high-speed fabrics while lowering operational expenses.
The optimized beating-up system delivers a shorter stroke with exceptionally low vibration, designed through advanced motion and dynamic equilibrium analysis. The independently developed U-type solid beating shaft and counter-balance system are versatile for both narrow and wide machines. The 4-linkage beating system is highly recognized for narrow machines, while the 6-linkage system—offering longer relative static time and stronger beating force—is the ideal choice for wide machines producing wide and high-density fabrics.
Equipped with a motorized spindle without a traditional brake disc, this advanced electric control system saves more than 20% in electricity consumption. Integrated with a newly optimized control system, it achieves seamless stepless speed changes, allowing manufacturers to easily adjust production speeds based on specific fabric requirements, thereby optimizing overall energy efficiency and operational flexibility.
The specialized selvage system provides a larger opening to significantly reduce weft blocking, thereby increasing overall machine efficiency. Featuring an independent selvaging device, it catches the weft autonomously, eliminating the need for the movement of two extra heald frames. This streamlined operation reduces mechanical wear and enhances the reliability of the weaving process, ensuring neat and secure fabric edges.
