Our high-power, electrical automatic, and stable Cam Shedding device, designed with high efficiency, heavy-duty capability, and a high configuration, is widely used in various models of water jet looms to weave plain, twill, satin, and other fabrics within 12 weft cycles of the fabric.
After an optimized design process, the overall frame box exhibits a smoother appearance and a more scientifically structured design. Utilizing a four-axis machining center for one-time clamping, it achieves higher dimensional accuracy, effectively reducing vibrations and noise during equipment operation. This makes it particularly suitable for high-speed production. Furthermore, it is equipped with a quick oil drain joint for easy and fast oil changes and drainage.
The frame components, made from integrated bent steel plate cross beams, are combined with a fully enclosed cover shell through electrophoresis and spraying processes to enhance the safety, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance of the entire machine. The connection method between the box body and the U-beam has been optimized to further enhance machine stability.
