In many different types of water jet looms, the positive conjugate cam shedding device is widely used to weave plain twill, satin, and other weaves within the fabric's twelve weft cycles.


For one-time clamping, a four-axis machining center is utilized. The increased dimensional accuracy of the machinery significantly reduces the noise and vibration generated during operation, which makes it more suitable for producing heavy, wide-reed, high-speed textiles. The equipment has a quick-drain oil joint, which makes oil changes and drainage simple and quick.


The integrated bending steel plate cross beam that makes up the frame parts is combined with the fully enclosed cover shell through an electrophoresis and spraying procedure to improve the machine's overall safety, waterproofing, and corrosion resistance.To improve the machine's stability, the box body and U-beam connection technique is optimized.
