The positive conjugate cam shedding device is widely used in various models of water jet loom to weave plain、twill 、satin and other weaves within 12 weft cycles of the fabric.
After optimized design,the overall frame box has a smoother appearance and more scientific structure.The four-axis machining center is used for one-time clamping. The associated dimensional accuracy is higher, which effectively reduces the vibration and noise generated during the operation of the equipment, and more suitable for the production of high-speed, wide reed and heavy fabrics. It is equipped with a quick oil drain joint, which is easy and fast for oil change and oil drain.
The frame parts are made of integrated bending steel plate cross beam which is combined with the fully enclosed cover shell by electrophoresis and spraying process to enhance the safety、waterproof and anti-corrosion of the whole machine.The connection method between the box body and the U-beam is optimized to enhance the stability of the machine.
