Positive conjugate cam shedding device, which is now widely used in water jet loom, air jet loom, rapier loom and other loom , can weave plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and other fabrics within twelve cycles.And till now it can help weave more than 150 varieties of fabrics. The shedding stop angle can be designed according to the weaving requirements of different looms. Compared with the crank shedding and the dobby shedding,it is more suitable for wide, heavy and high-speed weaving occasions, and has the characteristics of stability, high efficiency and energy saving.
The rack components are treated with electrophoretic painting and combined with a fully enclosed cover, enhancing the overall safety, waterproofing, and antirosion performance of the machine.
The integrated casting structure of the box and the optimized design of the Jacquard arm A-axis seat adopt a five-axis machining center for one-time clamping, which results in higher accuracy of related dimensions, effectively reduces the vibration and noise of the equipment during operation, and is more suitable for high-speed operation of the loom. Equipped with a quick-release oiling connector, oil change and drainage are easy and fast.
