Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern textile manufacturing, the HA-9020 Series Air Jet Loom features a heavily reinforced main frame. This solid structural foundation actively absorbs and neutralizes the intense mechanical vibrations generated during rapid operation, ensuring absolute stability even under continuous, high-intensity production schedules.

Adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as air jet cotton fabric, viscose, and textiles for home applications, etc. By offering exceptional adaptability, this machine empowers textile facilities to effortlessly switch between standard bulk orders and complex, customized fabric patterns without extensive downtime.

It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics. The meticulously sealed internal compartments protect critical electronic sensors and precision mechanical joints from moisture and ambient dust typical in demanding mill environments. The maximum speed can reach 1000RPM, significantly elevating your factory's output and allowing you to fulfill large-volume contracts with reliable consistency.

Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch). This rapid and precise insertion rate guarantees that the finished cloth maintains excellent structural integrity, a flawless surface finish, and a superior tactile feel.
