HW-3873
HAIJIA
The HW-3873 Series Weaving Machine Water Jet Power Loom represents a pinnacle in modern textile manufacturing, engineered to handle the rigorous demands of continuous, high-density fabric production. By integrating advanced smart control systems with a heavy-duty mechanical foundation, this loom delivers exceptional production efficiency and operational stability. Whether you are processing fine denier yarns or heavy industrial textiles, the machine's precise tension control and optimized fluid dynamics ensure a flawless weave structure. Experience the tangible difference in fabric quality, reduced operational overhead, and a noticeably quieter factory floor.
The reinforced integrated machine wall board is made by one complete casting which highly improves the frame rigidity and reduces the vibration and noise pollution. Connected with cross beams and middle supporting beam, the re-designed two machine wall boards are firmly jointed together in 20mm lower height which is more suitable for machine operators to manage. To further guarantee exceptional durability, the frame undergoes the industry's most advanced electrophoretic spraying process, providing a smooth, rust-resistant finish that feels solid to the touch and extends the equipment's service life to 2-3 times that of other brands. This unyielding foundation is crucial for maintaining stability when the loom operates at its maximum capacity.
The total tension of the warp is detected by the highly sensitive tension sensor. The CPU handles the change of the warp tension caused by the opening or the change of the loose warp, let off warp and the winding diameter of the warp shaft, and commands the servo motor to drive the warp shaft. This intelligent automation ensures rapid, precise adjustments, so as to maintain the balanced tension during the working process, eliminate the loose and dense gear, and ensure the stability of the fabric tension. Operators will notice a smooth, quiet operation as the system automatically compensates for micro-fluctuations, resulting in a perfectly uniform weave from the first meter to the last.
In order to reduce weaving costs and better protect the environment, splash proof "U" nozzles are widely used. Compared with ordinary nozzles, splash proof "U" nozzles have better water line bunching performance, delivering a concentrated, powerful stream that you can clearly observe during operation. Plunger with smaller diameter is used to achieve stable operation under small opening weft insertion and small water volume. A single loom can save 10% water, which is widely applicable to weaving fine denier, high-density and high-speed fabrics. Furthermore, when paired with a water circulation treatment system, this setup can achieve 100% water recycle, drastically lowering daily resource consumption.
The optimized beating-up system achieves shorter stroke with low vibration which is designed in modern style on the basis of motion analysis and dynamic equilibrium analysis. The independent developed U type solid beating shaft and beating shaft counter balance system can be used for both narrow machine and wide machine. The small stroke 4-linkage beating system is widely acknowledged for narrow machines while 6-linkage beating system with longer relative static time and stronger beating force provides the best choice for wide machines to make wide and high density fabrics. The kinetic precision of this system allows the machine to confidently handle high production demands, achieving a maximum speed of 1200 rpm without compromising the structural integrity of the fabric.
Using motorized spindle with no brake disc, which saves more than 20% electricity; by working with the new optimized control system in, the stepless speed change can be achieved. This advanced electronic architecture eliminates the mechanical clunky sounds of traditional braking, replacing it with a smooth, responsive power delivery. The intelligent control panel provides operators with intuitive, real-time data access, making it effortless to monitor performance and adjust parameters on the fly. By centralizing the power management, the system significantly cuts down on energy waste, offering a greener, more cost-effective solution for large-scale textile production.
It provides larger opening to reduce weft blocking and increase the machine efficiency. With separate selvaging device, it can catch the weft by its own device instead of catching the weft by the movement of two extra heald frames. This dedicated mechanism operates with rhythmic precision, ensuring that every fabric edge is bound tightly and cleanly, preventing fraying and material waste. By reducing the mechanical burden on the heald frames, the system not only extends the lifespan of internal components but also streamlines the overall weaving process, allowing operators to focus on output rather than constant manual corrections.
