Positive conjugate cam shedding device, which is now widely used in water jet loom, air jet loom, rapier loom and other loom , can weave plain weave, twill weave, satin weave and other fabrics within twelve cycles.And till now it can help weave more than 150 varieties of fabrics,such as plain weave, twill weave, and satin weave.
The shedding stop angle can be designed according to the weaving requirements of different looms. Compared with the crank shedding and the dobby shedding,it is more suitable for wide, heavy and high-speed weaving occasions, and has the characteristics of stability, high efficiency and energy saving.
We use the latest Japanese equipment for processing. Compared with other brand, the machining precision of our parts used on the cam shedding device is more accurate.
We have optimized and improved the structural which defects of their broken screws
The work blanks and other parts of our cam box are all casted by the casting line, which is using in the automobile manufacture industry, and their precision, appearance and cost are different from other products
