HW-001 series water jet weaving has been extensively strengthened in the fuselage;
Adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as Ultra-fine denier, ultra-high density blackout fabric, airbag fabric, etc.
It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics. The maximum speed can reach 1500RPM.
Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch)

Product Description
Water jet/Air jet compatible frame and transmission structure
Stronger Frame:
1. The front upper beam is made of large-section ultra-high-strength steel pipes, and the remaining three supports are large-section rectangular tube structures.
2. Multiple middle four-sided bracing structures firmly fix the four beams and the beating box together.
3. The upper wall board is an flexiable design without a gearbox structure, the lower wall board is a semi-open design without a gearbox structure (except for plan openings).
The above solid frame structure meets the needs of ultra-high-speed production of high-density and heavy-weight fabric weaving. lt has a solid structure and low vibration. The gearbox-less structure avoids high mainte-nance costs caused by water damage.
New plain opening structure
1. Single-sided drive structure, the two lifting and harness connecting rods are installed on both sides of the lower wall panel and away from the water tank, which reduces the damage caused by water intrusion of the bearing.
2. Each transmission connecting rod, support shaft, heald lifting rod, connecting pinand bushing are redesigned to have higher strength and more wear resistance. Each transmission bearing model is enlarged and has greater bearing capacity.
3. The crank shedding machine transmission gear is ultra-precision processed, morewear-resistant, precise gear meshing, and low noise.
4. The bearings and bushings of all driving parts of the heald frame can achieve centralized and regular lubrication.
The above design ensures the long life of the plain opening part under ultra-high-speed operation.
Automatic cloth dropping system
Fully automatic cloth dropping system, the loom control system issues instructions according to the set fabric length. After the loom receives the cloth dropping signal, it automatically cuts the cloth and releases the cloth roller, which is then transported to the warehouse by AGV.
New type of let off box
1. The newly designed turbine box,turbines and scroll rods are precision made of high-strength and wear-resistant alloy steel to ensure the precision of transmission.
2. Each bearing on the turbine gear is lubricated by oil bath.
3. Helical gear transmission is used in the transmission gear box to increase the bearing capacity, is more suitable for high-speed operation and is more wear-resistant
.4. The bearing models in the box are enlarged and the bearing capacity is doubled.The above structural improvements enable the let-off box to have a longer service life, higher load-bearing capacity and higher transmission accuracy.
Warp yarn breakage visualinspection system
The camera automatically patrols and detects, and when a warp break is detected, it promptly sends a stop signal to the loom. After the loom stops, the loom operator is quickly called to eliminate the problem, effectively shortening the warp break repair time, greatly reducing the generation of defective fabrics, and reducing the labor intensity of the loom operator's patrol inspection.
Maintenance-free
1.The main transmission structure, let-off box, take-up box and leno selvage gear structure are all lubricated by oil bath and the oil change machine is used to quickly change the lubricating oil, which has high maintenance efficiency, extends the oil change cycle and is maintenancefree during the cycle, the secondary transmission. The structure adopts automatic centralized lubrication, eliminating manual maintenance.
