Weaving machinery/HW-3873 Series Water Jet Loom
HW-3873 series water jet weaving has been extensively strengthened in the fuselage;
Adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as interlining, taffeta, umbrella cloth, bag cloth, etc.
It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics. The maximum speed can reach 1000RPM.
Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch)

The whole machine is made of 880cm*880cm*140cm large plate, which lowers the center of gravity of the machine and ensures that the machine can run smoothly at high speed.
The weft beating system with hollow weft beating shaft and multi-stroke (optional), the optimized design of the winding mechanism, the reinforced center plate and the rear upper beam reduce the vibration of the weaving machine, and the reed protection cam is moved outward to improve the waterproof effect of the machine.
The width of the machine can reach up to 360cm, which is widely used in the weaving of light fabrics such as interlining, taffeta, umbrella fabric and luggage fabric.
Water jet loom machines can reach high speeds, such as up to 1,500 picks per minute, and have a high filling insertion rate, which can reach 2,360 yards per minute, improving production efficiency.
They can produce fabrics with good appearance and feel, and the fabrics have uniform quality. The water jet has less abrasion to the warp yarns, causing minimal damage during the weaving process and reducing the occurrence of defects.
Compared with some other types of looms, water jet looms consume less energy, which helps reduce production costs and is more environmentally friendly.
