HW-3873
HAIJIA
The HW-3873 series water jet weaving machine has been extensively strengthened in the fuselage to deliver uncompromising stability during continuous, heavy-duty operations. Engineered for versatility and precision, this advanced weaving equipment can easily adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as interlining, taffeta, umbrella cloth, bag cloth, and other complex industrial textiles.
It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, utilizing specialized sealing techniques to protect internal mechanisms from moisture degradation, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics in demanding factory environments. Built for exceptional throughput, the maximum speed can reach 1000RPM, ensuring rapid fulfillment of large-volume procurement contracts.
Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch), demonstrating its capability to handle intricate, high-density material requirements with flawless tension control. Furthermore, we support flexible OEM/ODM customization to accommodate specific fabric widths and unique application scenarios.
The reinforced integrated machine wall board is meticulously crafted by one complete casting process, which highly improves the frame rigidity and significantly reduces the vibration and noise pollution on the production floor. Connected with heavy-duty cross beams and a robust middle supporting beam, the re-designed two machine wall boards are firmly jointed together in 20mm lower height which is more suitable for machine operators to manage daily threading and maintenance tasks. To further guarantee longevity under intense mechanical stress, the core motion nodes are equipped with premium SKF bearings, ensuring smooth, low-friction performance.
Precision tension management is critical for flawless fabric output. In this configuration, the total tension of the warp is continuously detected by a highly sensitive tension sensor. The internationally recognized brand CPU handles the intricate change of the warp tension caused by the opening mechanism, the variation of the loose warp, let off warp, and the decreasing winding diameter of the warp shaft. By processing these variables instantly, it commands the responsive servo motor to drive the warp shaft, so as to seamlessly maintain the balanced tension during the entire working process, completely eliminate the loose and dense gear marks, and ensure the unwavering stability of the fabric tension from start to finish.
In order to significantly reduce weaving costs and better protect the environment through resource conservation, specialized splash proof "U" nozzles are widely used. Compared with ordinary nozzles, these splash proof "U" nozzles have noticeably better water line bunching performance, ensuring precise yarn placement. A precision-engineered plunger with smaller diameter is used to achieve highly stable operation under small opening weft insertion and small water volume. The system also integrates SUS304 stainless steel water inlet pipes to prevent corrosion. Through this optimized fluid dynamics setup, a single loom can save 10% water consumption daily, which is widely applicable to weaving fine denier, high-density and high-speed fabrics without compromising structural integrity.
The optimized beating-up system achieves a remarkably shorter stroke with exceptionally low vibration which is designed in a modern style strictly on the basis of advanced computer motion analysis and dynamic equilibrium analysis. The independent developed U type solid beating shaft and the corresponding beating shaft counter balance system can be universally used for both narrow machine configurations and wide machine setups. For standard operations, the small stroke 4-linkage beating system is widely acknowledged for rapid response in narrow machines, while the heavy-duty 6-linkage beating system with longer relative static time and substantially stronger beating force provides the absolute best choice for wide machines to successfully make wide and high density fabrics without yarn breakage.
Energy efficiency and operational intelligence define the core of our power management setup. By using an advanced motorized spindle with no brake disc, the system eliminates mechanical friction losses, which directly saves more than 20% electricity compared to traditional drives; by working in perfect synchronization with the new optimized control system in the central panel, flawless stepless speed change can be achieved. This allows facility managers to finely tune the operational tempo according to specific yarn characteristics, ultimately lowering overhead costs while maintaining peak output rates.
Edge finishing is handled with exceptional precision to ensure premium fabric rolls. The specialized selvage mechanism provides a significantly larger opening to drastically reduce weft blocking incidents and measurably increase the overall machine efficiency. Equipped with a dedicated, separate selvaging device, it can securely catch the weft by its own independent device instead of relying on catching the weft by the movement of two extra heald frames. This isolated operation reduces the mechanical burden on the main shedding components, leading to cleaner fabric edges and a more streamlined weaving process.
