Refinements in the weft guiding system optimize efficiency, especially in high-speed operations. Adopting a "U" type weft beating shaft and a specialized balance system with reinforced support seats and centralized lubrication bolsters weft beating force, minimizes shaft wear, and extends the loom's long lifespan.
Enhancements to lower the loom's center of gravity, refine the warp position line, and improve the eccentric rocking shaft drastically enhance its usability, allowing for a maximum speed of 1200RPM. The integration of an electronic let-off gear box and take-up gear box ensures seamless tension control.
Strengthening components like the suction pipe holder minimizes wear and maximizes weft insertion space. The gentle operation of warp yarns promotes superior fabric quality.
