Strong frame
HW-6010 inherits the advantages of HW-4008 machine, with a design speed of 1200r/min, the wall panel is changed from split to one-piece, the beam is reinforced and designed to lower the center of gravity of the beat-up, the mechanism layout is optimized, and the weft insertion curve is optimized for better adaptability. Weaving from narrow width to wide width, from general fabrics to double-layer and other special specifications fabrics, and facilitates production, processing and installation, and the installation accuracy of the machine is better guaranteed.
Opening stability
It is matched with electronic let-off gear box and electronic take-up gear box to achieve smooth tension operation. By strengthening the strength and smoothness of guide components such as the suction pipe holder, the distance from the beat-up point to the heald frame is shortened, and sufficient weft insertion space is achieved in small openings. It is conducive to the gentle operation of the warp yarns and the quality of the fabric is guaranteed.
Excellent energy saving
For different fabric types, match the appropriate weft insertion configuration and use nozzles with short spacing and high jet water concentration to improve the quality of the fabric and reduce water consumption.
The main motor can be equipped with an optional direct-drive motor. The crankshaft is directly connected to the motor, eliminating the need for an intermediate belt transmission part, reducing losses, and making it more labor-saving and efficient
