The reinforced beam lowers the beat-up's center of gravity, enhancing stability. Optimized mechanism layout and weft insertion curve improve adaptability, enabling weaving across various fabric widths and types, including double-layer and specialized fabrics. It streamlines production, processing, and installation, ensuring better installation accuracy.
Opening stability
This double nozzle Water Jet Loom matched with electronic let-off gear box and electronic take-up gear box to achieve smooth tension operation. By strengthening the strength and smoothness of guide components such as the suction pipe holder, the distance from the beat-up point to the heald frame is shortened, and sufficient weft insertion space is achieved in small openings. It is conducive to the gentle operation of the warp yarns and the quality of the fabric is guaranteed.
Excellent energy saving
To enhance fabric quality and reduce water usage, adjust the weft insertion setup according to fabric type. Opt for short-spacing nozzles with high water concentration.
Consider adding an optional direct-drive motor to the main engine. This setup directly links the crankshaft to the motor, bypassing intermediate belt transmissions. This minimizes losses, streamlines labor, and boosts efficiency.
