Water jet Configuration
The integrated wall plate optimizes the design of the frame structure, weft beating mechanism, and opening device, and the loom's high speed and stability are considerably enhanced over the original form.
The revised design of the weft guiding system improves weft guiding efficiency and responds to high speed weft guiding.
The "U" type weft beating shaft and a special weft beating balance system are used, and the weft beating shaft has multiple reinforced support seats and a centralized lubrication system to increase weft beating force, decrease weft beating shaft wear, and extend the loom's service life.
Suitable for Twisted chiffon,Nylon taffeta,Spandex, Down jacket fabric,etc.

What's The difference between Hollow beat-up shaft and Solid beat-up shaft?
Hollow beat-up shaft and can be equipped with 114 and 159 hollow tubes according to the width and fabric. The bearings on both sides can be equipped with double bearings to better decompose the radial force generated by the beat-up and ensure the high-speed and smooth operation of the loom.
Solid beat-up shaft and split counterweight block structure: By adding or subtracting counterweight blocks and combining the movement of the wall board box, different beat-up forces can be produced to meet the needs of different widths and fabrics.
