HW-3883 series water jet weaving has been extensively strengthened in the fuselage;
Adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as interlining, taffeta, umbrella cloth, bag cloth, etc.
It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics. The maximum speed can reach 1000RPM.
Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch)

Machine architecture
The wall panel adopts a split structure, and the reinforcement design of the middle panel is optimized. The overall center of gravity is lowered and the beat-up is more stable. The rear upper beam can be equipped with an optional pentagonal tube structure, which is more suitable for the weaving of light fabrics.
Hollow beat-up shaft
It adopts a hollow beat-up shaft and can be equipped with 114 and 159 hollow tubes according to the width and fabric. The bearings on both sides can be equipped with double bearings to better decompose the radial force generated by the beat-up and ensure the high-speed and smooth operation of the loom.
Four-link beat-up
On the original basis, the beating motion is optimized and designed. The beating motion covers from 190 reed width to 360 reed width, adapting to the diversity of varieties.
Rotating suction pipe (optional)
The suction pipe can be equipped with a rotating structure to reduce the friction between the fabric and the suction pipe, and at the same time reduce the distance between the dead center of the reed and the heald frame,thereby achieving a small beating motion and a largeo pening, and better meeting the needs of interlining weaving.
