The HW-6008 series water jet weaving machine has been extensively strengthened in its core fuselage, providing an exceptionally stable foundation for continuous, high-intensity textile production. Engineered to adapt to the weaving of most demanding fabrics, this machine effortlessly handles delicate materials such as chiffon and georgette, while also delivering outstanding performance for four-sided elastic, high-density home textiles, and specialized infant fabrics. By integrating heavy-duty construction with precise mechanical control, it ensures a superior fabric yield and minimizes operational downtime for large-scale facilities.
It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, utilizing advanced sealing technologies that protect internal components and significantly extend the equipment's service life. This loom can be widely used in the weaving of various complex fabrics, maintaining exceptional stability even under rigorous conditions. The maximum speed can reach an impressive 1000RPM, allowing textile manufacturers to drastically scale up their production output.
Taking 75D fabric as an example, the machine achieves remarkable precision where the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch), resulting in a flawless, tightly woven textile surface with excellent tactile qualities.
The reinforced integrated machine wall board is made by one complete casting which highly improves the frame rigidity and reduces the vibration and noise pollution during high-speed operations. Connected with heavy-duty cross beams and a middle supporting beam, the re-designed two machine wall boards are firmly jointed together in a 20mm lower height, which is ergonomically more suitable for machine operators to manage and monitor daily production. Furthermore, the entire frame undergoes an advanced electrophoretic spraying process, significantly enhancing its anti-corrosion properties and extending the structural lifespan by 2-3 times compared to conventional models, thereby substantially reducing long-term maintenance costs.
The total tension of the warp is continuously detected by a highly sensitive tension sensor. The intelligent CPU handles the change of the warp tension caused by the opening or the change of the loose warp, let off warp, and the winding diameter of the warp shaft. It instantly commands the precision servo motor to drive the warp shaft, so as to maintain the balanced tension during the entire working process, completely eliminate the loose and dense gear defects, and ensure the absolute stability of the fabric tension. This dynamic adjustment guarantees a premium, uniform cloth surface even when processing challenging synthetic yarns.
In order to reduce weaving costs and better protect the environment, advanced splash proof "U" nozzles are widely used in this series. Compared with ordinary nozzles, these splash proof "U" nozzles have superior water line bunching performance, ensuring precise yarn flight. A plunger with a smaller diameter is used to achieve stable operation under small opening weft insertion and small water volume conditions. A single loom can save 10% water, which is widely applicable to weaving fine denier, high-density, and high-speed fabrics. This precision engineering ensures a low defect rate and smooth operation even when pushing the machine beyond 1000RPM.
The optimized beating-up system achieves a shorter stroke with exceptionally low vibration, which is designed in a modern style on the basis of rigorous motion analysis and dynamic equilibrium analysis. The independent developed U type solid beating shaft and beating shaft counter balance system can be used for both narrow machine and wide machine configurations. The small stroke 4-linkage beating system is widely acknowledged for narrow machines, while the 6-linkage beating system with longer relative static time and stronger beating force provides the best choice for wide machines to make wide and high-density fabrics, ensuring every weft yarn is firmly and accurately placed.
Using an advanced direct-drive motorized spindle with no brake disc, this configuration saves more than 20% electricity compared to traditional setups, significantly lowering the daily energy consumption of your facility. By working with the new optimized control system, stepless speed change can be easily achieved, allowing operators to fine-tune production parameters on the fly. It provides a larger opening to significantly reduce weft blocking and increase the overall machine efficiency. With a newly designed separate selvaging device, it can catch the weft by its own independent mechanism instead of catching the weft by the movement of two extra heald frames. This innovation not only reduces mechanical wear but also lowers the yarn breakage rate. By minimizing interruptions, this independent selvage system maximizes single-machine production capacity, ensuring a higher return on investment for large-scale textile manufacturing operations.
