Machine architecture

It adopts a strong one-piece main board structure, enlarges the fixed area of the four beams, optimizes the fastening method between the beams, further improves the rigidity of the whole machine and lays a solid physical foundation for ultra-high-speed operation and reduction of loom vibration.

Six-link beat-up

For heavy fabrics and wide-width looms, the six-link beat-up with large angle of repose can be preferred.lt can ensure a larger flight angle and beat-up force without increasing the beat-up stroke and achieve the optimal operation speed and efficiency improve.

"U" shaped beat-up axis

The "U"-shaped eccentric rocking shaft is adopted to increase the mass of the balance block, which can meet the larger beating force required by heavy fabrics.

Direct drive motor part

It adopts a direct drive motor, which can automatically adjust the speed, effectively save power and eliminates wearing parts such as the main motor belt, reducing the maintenance workload.

Electric let-off and take-up gear box

The turbine using copper-clad iron technology, combined with the worm axial clearance adjustment device, can maintain long-term precision transmission and can better meet the weaving needs from fine yarn to roving, from narrow to wide, and ensure excellent fabric quality. Face quality and style.
