Product Description

The HW-001 series water jet weaving machine is engineered with an extensively strengthened fuselage, providing a rock-solid foundation for heavy-duty textile production. When operating on the factory floor, the cold, industrial-grade steel frame conveys immediate durability, while the machine maintains a stabilized, low-vibration hum even at peak output.

This versatile equipment adapts effortlessly to the weaving of highly complex fabrics. It is specifically optimized for processing ultra-fine denier, ultra-high density blackout fabric, advanced airbag materials, spandex, home textiles, and heavy bag fabrics.

It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, utilizing sealed components that protect internal mechanics from moisture. This ensures the loom can be widely used in the continuous weaving of various wet-processed fabrics without degradation. The maximum operational speed can reach an impressive 1500RPM, significantly boosting your facility's daily yield.

Taking 75D fabric as a benchmark, the highest weft density achieves 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch), delivering a tight, flawless textile finish that meets strict international procurement standards.

1. The front upper beam is manufactured from large-section ultra-high-strength steel pipes, while the remaining three supports utilize large-section rectangular tube structures for maximum load distribution.
2. Multiple middle four-sided bracing structures firmly fix the four beams and the beating box together, eliminating mechanical warping over time.
3. The upper wall board features a flexible design without a gearbox structure, and the lower wall board is a semi-open design without a gearbox structure (except for plain openings).
4. Advanced Surface Treatment: The entire fuselage undergoes an industry-leading electrophoretic coating process. This superior anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment extends the equipment's service life by 2 to 3 times compared to standard industry alternatives.

The above solid frame structure meets the rigorous needs of ultra-high-speed production for high-density and heavy-weight fabric weaving. It delivers a solid foundation with remarkably low vibration. Furthermore, the gearbox-less structure actively avoids high maintenance costs typically caused by water damage.

1. Single-sided drive structure: The two lifting and harness connecting rods are strategically installed on both sides of the lower wall panel, positioned away from the water tank. This layout significantly reduces the risk of damage caused by water intrusion into the bearings.
2. Each transmission connecting rod, support shaft, heald lifting rod, connecting pin, and bushing has been redesigned to offer higher tensile strength and superior wear resistance. Each transmission bearing model is enlarged, providing a much greater bearing capacity for continuous operation.
3. The crank shedding machine transmission gear is ultra-precision processed, ensuring exact gear meshing. This results in a highly wear-resistant mechanism that operates with surprisingly low noise, improving the factory floor environment.
4. The bearings and bushings of all driving parts within the heald frame are designed to achieve centralized and regular lubrication effortlessly.

The above design ensures the exceptionally long life of the plain opening components, even under relentless ultra-high-speed operation.

Experience seamless production logistics with our fully automatic cloth dropping system. The loom's intelligent control system issues precise instructions according to your pre-set fabric length requirements.

After the loom receives the designated cloth dropping signal, it automatically executes a clean cut of the fabric and releases the cloth roller. The finished roll is then ready to be transported directly to the warehouse by an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle). This automation drastically reduces manual handling, minimizes the risk of fabric contamination, and streamlines your entire output process.

2. Each bearing on the turbine gear is continuously lubricated by a reliable oil bath system, ensuring smooth, friction-free movement.
3. Helical gear transmission is utilized in the transmission gear box to significantly increase the bearing capacity. This makes the system much more suitable for high-speed operation while remaining highly wear-resistant.
4. The bearing models inside the box have been enlarged, effectively doubling the overall bearing capacity.
