The design of the frame structure, weft beating mechanism and opening device are optimized by using the integrated wall plate, and the high speed and stability of the loom are significantly improved compared with the original organic model.
The optimized design of weft guiding system improves the efficiency of weft guiding and adapts to high-speed weft guiding; it is suitable for the production of twisted chiffon, nylon and four-sided elastic fabrics.
The "U" type weft beating shaft and the special weft beating balance system are adopted, and the weft beating shaft adopts multiple reinforced support seats and centralized lubrication system to increase the weft beating force, improve the wear of the weft beating shaft and increase the service life of the loom.
Lowering the center of gravity of the loom, improving the design structure of warp position line and eccentric rocking shaft, greatly improving the operability of the loom, and the designed maximum speed can reach 1200RPMo.
