  HW-8030 Series Water Jet Power Loom


HW-8030 series water jet weaving has been extensively strengthened in the fuselage;

Adapt to the weaving of most fabrics; such as Ultra-fine denier, ultra-high density blackout fabric, airbag fabric, etc.

It has also been greatly improved in terms of waterproofing, and can be widely used in the weaving of various fabrics. The maximum speed can reach 1000RPM.

Taking 75D fabric as an example, the highest weft density is 80 shuttles/cm (205 threads per inch)

1. Weft Drawing and Mechanism Enhancement

The innovative design of the weft beating mechanism and the opening device, featuring the newly engineered "U" type short pitch nozzle, brings about a remarkable improvement in weft drawing performance. This enhancement is particularly evident when the loom operates at ultra-high speeds, ensuring a more efficient and precise weft insertion process.

 

2. Frame and Warp Feeding Device Upgrade

The upgraded and sturdy frame structure, coupled with the refined warp feeding device, effectively shortens the pre-weaving path on the fabric surface. This modification leads to a substantial boost in weft beating performance, especially during the six-link beating process. As a result, the loom can achieve both higher speeds and superior fabric quality, setting a new standard in textile production.

 

3. Warp Feeding Device Adaptability

The adjustable axial clearance within the warp feeding worm gear plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the warp feeding device. This feature allows the loom to handle a diverse range of fabrics, from extremely fine to coarse yarns, from narrow to wide widths, and from standard to double-layered fabrics with ease. It provides manufacturers with the flexibility to produce various textile products to meet different market demands.

 

4. Weft Beating Shaft and System Optimization

By utilizing a U-shaped weft beating shaft, a specialized balance system, reinforced supports, and a centralized lubrication system, the weft beating force is significantly strengthened. This not only reduces wear and tear on the shaft but also extends the overall lifespan of the weaving machine. The improved weft beating force ensures a more consistent and high-quality weave, contributing to the production of premium textiles.

 

5. Frame Structure Redesign and Operational Benefits

The redesigned frame structure features a tilted warp path starting from the weaving mouth, which effectively shortens the weaving surface path. This design innovation enables the loom to maintain stable weaving even at higher fabric densities. The warp position line has been reduced to 900 mm, in line with the principles of ergonomic operation. This reduction not only enhances the weft beating performance but also gives weavers better control over the weaving process. Additionally, the ability to make simple parameter adjustments allows for quick changes in the loom's speed, providing flexibility in adjusting the weft density and speed, especially when working on intricate fabric designs.

 

6. High-Speed and Efficiency Features

With a maximum design speed of 1400 RPM and the implementation of a double-pump and four-nozzle system, the loom's work efficiency is significantly enhanced. This high-speed operation, combined with the improved performance of various components, makes the weaving machine a powerful and efficient tool for modern textile manufacturing.
