Haijia HW-001 Water Jet Loom Machine
This model can adapt to the production needs of various high-density,heavy-duty,and ultra wide fabrics,and achieve ultra-high speed operation,with a maximum speed of over 1500RPM.
Haijia HA-9030N Air Jet Loom Machine
It adopts a widened integrated main board structure,optimizes the fixing method of the let-off wall panel and the rear beam adjustment seat and cooperates with the new beam structure to further improve the rigidity of the whole machine,laying a solid physical foundation for ultra-high-speed operation and reducing the vibration of the loom.
Haijia HW-8010 Water Jet Loom Machine
The new structure “U”-shaped nozzle is adopted to improve the clustering pattern of weft insertion water and Can save water consumption at the same speed. The use of a new direct-drive motor also greatly reduces the energy consumption of the loom.

Production And Manufacturing
Final assembly workshop
Through the line planning,we use RGV and AGV automated material handling equipment and software scheduling system to automate the processes of platfrom teansfer,line transfer,finished product off-line transfer,and finished product storage.16 RGV trolleys are applied to the whole line for the transfer of assembly stations.
Automated stereoscopic warehouse
At present,Haijia's two intelligent factories have more than 1800 automatic stereoscopic ware locations. There are more than 4000 ware locations in the high shelf area.It adopts modular and standardized production,and applies advenced control technologies such as barcode design,frequency conversion dispatching,high-speed data collection,human-machine interface,PLC control and conpletes the storage.
Processing workshop
The processing workshop in the one with the highest level of intelligence in HAIJIA,with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan,including nine inported flexible processing production lines. Using information management methods,it can automatically control and manage the processing of precision parts in key parts of the loom.
